Report Fraud
The Missouri Department of Revenue administers the state’s laws relating to income tax, sales tax, withholding tax,
motor fuel tax, cigarette tax and tax on other tobacco products, driver licenses, vehicle titling and registration,
motor vehicle dealers, and license offices. Violations of these laws harm all Missourians. If you suspect or know of
an individual or entity not complying with these laws, you may report this activity to the Department. Please provide
as much information as possible below, to assist us in properly identifying and investigating violators and potential
cases of fraud.
You are not required to identify yourself when you make a report. But identifying yourself is helpful, in case we need
clarification or more information.
The Missouri Department of Revenue does not offer rewards for reporting fraud.
