The person in this position will provide administrative and management work in the Motor Vehicle and Driver Licensing Division providing direction, planning, analysis, and coordination of efforts toward implementation of an integrated motor vehicle and driver licensing system. This will include researching funding sources and preparing early planning documents including a draft Request for Proposal (RFP) or contract depending upon the procurement method. He or she will provide project management and oversight for system development or system integration projects, which includes planning, organizing, communicating, consulting, and serving as liaison with management and agency customers. The person will be the single point of contact for all project management activities for an integrated motor vehicle and driver licensing system and other projects as assigned. The person in this role will coordinate and lead project teams for the duration of the projects and serve as a liaison to vendors and stakeholders. This position may be required to present material to the General Assembly regarding the request, tracking, status, etc., of the integrated system.
