The Missouri Department of Revenue is warning Missourians of ongoing nationwide text scams. These texts are often threatening, claiming to be from the Missouri Department of Revenue or Department of Motor Vehicles and may include a warning regarding unpaid traffic violations, outstanding toll charges, or fines owed.
Click here for information about the documents and fees required to renew. If you are unable to locate your PIN, use the ‘If unable to locate PIN’ option for an alternate log in method. If the alternate log in method was unsuccessful and you still need to obtain your PIN, email the Department at MVBCallbacks@dor.mo.gov providing owner name, year and make of vehicle, VIN, current plate number, and expiration date.
